Aurangabad is one of the many cities in India. As in many cities of the country a big amount of the people lives in the edge of poverty. The street markets and street workers and sellers are all over the place in order to make a living.
Two-thirds of people in India live in poverty: 68.8% of the Indian population lives on less than $2 a day. India is the second most populous country after China with about 1.2 billion people and is the seventh largest country in the world with an area of 3,287,000 km².
The numbers are shocking and the access to treatment in many ways is very much asymmetric between rural and urban India.
